Design Your Own Life

General overview for November 2007.

This month of November is going to be relatively beneficial as there are far more positive alignments (7) than the not so favourable ones (4). There may be some tugs of war in relationship matters, and also between the haves and have nots. Cloudy vision or misinformation is also highly likely so stay away from strangers and new faces on the block. There are four planets changing direction this month so we have a great opportunity to change what we want to change and move towards our own personal goals with less struggle. Those who plan to change their spots can welcome the chance to make sweeping changes with little effort. You can also design your own life and put it in motion with the knowledge that the Universe is on your side.
The month starts with 2 planets turning direct which can help us to move forward rather than backward.
In chronological order there are various changes in the heavens this month and they are: Neptune turns direct on 1 November @ 19 degrees of Aquarius; Mercury turns direct on 2 November @ 23 degrees Libra; Venus enters Libra on 9 November and remains in that sign up until 6 December; there will be a New Moon on 10 November at 17 degrees of Scorpio; Mercury will enter Scorpio on 11 November and remains in this sign up until 2 December; Mars turns retrograde on 15 November @ 12 degrees of Cancer; the Sun will enter Sagittarius on 23 November and remain in this sign up until 22 December; there will be a Full Moon on 25 November, with the Sun at 1 degree Sagittarius and the Moon at 1 degree of Gemini.

Moving right along……………………….

Neptune turns direct on 1 November @ 19 degrees of Aquarius. This is just wonderful for artists, musicians, writers and poets. Those who may feel as though they had lost sight of the dreams in recent times, may now feel that the Universe is once again open for their perusal and investigation. Psychics will become more in tune and will pick up subtle signals around them to aid their choosing of the right time to do things. The ocean will seem like the most tranquil place to be and those who live near the water, such as myself, will be in their element and soaking up the vibrations of peace and tranquillity from witnessing a beautiful sunrise over the magnificent ocean waves. (I just can’t help myself can I?)

Mercury turns direct on 2 November @ 23 degrees Libra, so if you have any personal points at that degree, some information may come to light regarding the area of life that Mercury rules in your own personal chart. Generally speaking, when Mercury moves back into direct motion things start to pick up speed, especially if they have recently undergone alterations or delays of any kind. Communications get back to normal, people will finally return your phone calls and the fax machine decides to work yet again, finally! Plans that had been put on hold, or holiday arrangements may now seem to flow a little smoother. You can safely trust that your thought processes are once again back on track and not as changeable as they have been recently. Venus enters Libra on 9 November and remains in that sign up until 6 December. This will put the focus on justice etc and we may hear of some VIP partnerships being announced, special engagements or peace agreements. This peace-loving sign can bring harmony to areas that have been discordant in the past and people can be mended of their broken hearts or dreams. The fashion industry may also show us some lovely, elegant and/or expensive designs. Those opening businesses that focus on beauty, women's products and services will fare better than at any other time. There will be a New Moon on 10 November at 17 degrees of Scorpio. If you have personal planets at this degree in your personal chart you may notice that you are given a second chance to renew your life or eliminate that which is no longer needed for your personal satisfaction.

Mercury will enter Scorpio on 11 November and remains in this sign up until 2 December. This has the elements of decay, death, renewal and transformation. The positive manifestation of this can be a new life rising out of the old. We can make the best use of this time to fathom our deepest selves and come to understand what motivates us and what we are really trying to achieve in our life. This is the sign that goes to the deepest core of our being which can reveal hidden truths that have been buried for way too long. If we can align our intentions with our true nature and be aware that we each have our own unique dark side, we may be able to forge ahead and bring to light the real purpose of why we do the things we do. Whilst there is some truth in the fact that some things should always remain a secret, there are also beneficial results in dealing with harsh truths so that there is then no need to feel the guilt of having kept something hidden for so long. We can each create for ourselves a new life out of our new found truths and be more conscious of why we have felt unable to express ourselves open and honestly before now.

Mars turns retrograde on 15 November @ 12 degrees of Cancer. Mars can indicate high energy when moving forward. However during the next few months some may find it more than usually difficult to direct their energies in the manner they wish or they are held back and unable to demonstrate their strength and abilities in a natural way. Anger may build into resentment and some people may inadvertently become their own worst enemy if they are unable to harness the energies adequately. Explosive outbursts may occur at the wrong time and amongst the worst types of people and their scenarios. The automotive industry may be sluggish during this time.

On Friday 23 November the life-giving Sun will enter Sagittarius and remain in this sign up until 22 December. This can bring overseas matters to the fore and there could very well be a big focus on Australia and someone in prominence here or a VIP visiting this country or having an impact overseas. Some members of the British Royal family may be on the move and travelling far and wide.

Uranus is still retrograde and remains in this phase up until 24 November. Uranus is the inventor and the discoverer of places beyond our imagination. We may try to re-discover how we can tap into our own unique imagination and realise our true potential and capabilities. We may have denied some of the things that could be and now we may investigate and discover what really is possible.

However, Uranus turns direct on 24 November @ 14 degrees Pisces and this can be useful for all those astrologers out there, the aviation, radio and television industries, and any new technological advances that have been waiting in the wings to get their launch out into the big wide world. Businesses that run along these lines can now push ahead with confidence that smooth sailing is once again obtainable. NASA may have more luck with their projects into outer space. Those amongst us who are generally highly intuitive, may get super flashes of insight and be able to just ‘know’ which is the right way to turn or the best place to be at the most perfect time.

There will be a Full Moon on 25 November, with the Sun at 1 degree Sagittarius and the Moon at 1 degree of Gemini. This can lead to lots of debates and discussions where there are totally different opinions being expressed. Try to avoid getting caught up in senseless chattering and communications that will only leave you breathless.

For horary enthusiasts, Venus and Mercury will continue to be in mutual reception up until 8 November, with Mercury in the Venus ruled sign of Libra, and Venus in the Mercury ruled sign of Virgo. Continuing all month we still observe Neptune in Aquarius and Uranus in Pisces indicating that they are still in mutual reception.

Now down to the specifics of daily planetary activity.

The favourable days in November 2007 are:

Sunday 4 November: Sun trine Mars. This is fortunate for those wishing to push their own barrows and get out there to achieve some recognition or fame for their talents. Also a good day to buy a car or other electrical or electronic gadgets or machinery. Any business started that incorporates any of these items would be started under promising star patterns. A gym opened today will attract a large following as would an automotive repair shop or other mechanical enterprise. Someone in the sporting or athletic industry may be seen to achieve a new record or be in the news celebrating their victory.

Thursday 8 November: Sun trine Uranus. This is a very electrical kind of day and one that can bring enormous excitement into people’s lives. Be prepared for the unexpected and the unusual and you will not be disappointed. A great day to go exploring, visit a place you have never been to before, start a new and exciting job or business, especially if it is connected to electronics, the Internet or aviation. Some people will come up with some potentially revolutionary ideas today and inventors will be inspired to bring something new and dazzling to the rest of us. New friendships started today will be very different to what you are used to and could literally turn your life around.

Friday 9 November: (repeated from 24 September due to its retrograde phase) Mercury sextile Pluto. This would be a good day for private investigators or the Police to go digging for information to shed some light on a previously hidden problem. Archaeologists too could have a field day and uncover treasures they had been searching for, for years. Egypt may suddenly seem a great place to be. Any type of exploratory works or projects now will reveal something previously out of view. Writers can get focussed and produce good works.

Saturday 17 November: Mercury sextile Saturn. (Repeated from 19 September when Mercury was retrograde). This brings the kind of day to get truly focussed and organised, especially with paperwork, telephone calls and any demanding job that requires concentration and attention to detail. Maybe balance the cheque-book or start a new study course. Jobs commenced today may have long term obligations involved so if you are mature and keen to plant the seeds for things to grow slowly yet surely, take some action and get started today. This is also a good time to sit down and do some serious planning for your future. You will feel organised and enjoy the challenge of putting your life in order and meeting your obligations. Any new business proposal can be considered to be worth your effort or investigation.

Tuesday 20 November: Mercury trine Mars. (repeated from 27 September due to its retrograde phase). This is a high energy day on a mental level so people will want to voice their opinions or be vocal about what they consider important. A good day to start a new business that requires huge doses of both intellect and muscle. Also a good time to take a hike, enter a marathon run, or join up with a group of young people to swap ideas on how to get fit and stay healthy. This is also a time to become organised with your filing system, conquer the mountain of paperwork and then let off steam later in the gym for some muscle flexing.

Thursday 22 November: Mercury trine Uranus. This is a day for the scientists, the astrologers, inventors, pilots and the aviation industry to be highly productive. Flashes of insight are possible for those who are open minded. A great day to launch a product that is original and designed to have some kind of shock appeal. Some people will get the best ideas they have ever come up with so start a brainstorming session today and it will continue well into the evening due to the high mental energy.

Monday 26 November: Venus trine Neptune. This is just wonderful for a first date, getting engaged or married or throwing a huge party or other social gathering. If you utilise the themes of the ocean, romantic or magical effects, the outcome will be truly fascinating for all those who participate. Musicians, artists and poets will be in their element with their thoughts and imagination flowing freely and inspired by the mystical aspects of the Universe. A good day to open a business focussing on the elements of beauty, flowers, crystals, perfumes and women’s products. This could be a heavenly day. Some people may be lucky enough to find their soul-mate. This is a magical time and will colour over all misgivings and produce a haze of wonder and delight that will leave you gasping. New friendships or romances commenced today seem idyllic and will restore your faith in humanity. People generally will appear to be more caring and compassionate. This is the kind of day when everything looks beautiful and inspirational. An ocean journey would be quite pleasurable to the senses or any other similar beautiful scenic location. A wisp of magical stardust will drift down from the heavens and gloss over today, inclining some romantic types to fall in love. The Sun will rise before you even had the chance to put out the candle lights.

The not so favourable days in November 2007 are:

Tuesday 6 November: Venus square Pluto. Not the best kind of day to start a new romance, friendship, or get engaged or married. Hidden motives or jealousy could set the tone for a disastrous relationship, so avoid those tall dark strangers who surround themselves in mystery and intrigue. Do not trust anyone you meet for the first time, no matter how enticing it may seem. You could get caught in the black widow spider’s web of deceit and corruption. Some people may violate others rights and con them into believing they are onto something wonderful, however the wolf in sheep’s clothing is very near the door. People who harbor grudges will be on every corner so avoid any entanglement that shows any sign whatsoever of someone who is bitter or twisted in any way. However this may be hard to pinpoint, due the deceptive element of this aspect.

Monday 12 November: Sun square Neptune. Not the day to trust strangers, get involved in any project you know little about or to be trusting even with those whom you thought would never deceive you. Con artists will flourish today so make sure you know all the facts about someone before you even dare hand over a dollar of your hard earned income to them. There could be a big drug haul occur today and they may even get away with it, unless of course an insider wants to get them busted for a previous indiscretion involving a matter of trust that went badly wrong. Don’t get married today or start any new business for there will be hidden traps for the unwary or the gullible. This alignment is potentially very secretive and people are prone to be susceptible to major confusion. Some who are into swindling and scams will pull the wool over the eyes of those who are gullible and take everything at face value. There will be wolves hiding beneath sheep’s clothing. There will be many who will camouflage their true colours, so for those who are wearing blinkers, you may suffer at their hands. To put it simply, as I have said before, trust everyone, but cut the cake yourself. Drugs may be found in unlikely places or hidden by people whom you would not suspect. Just remember, no-one should be above reproach. Beware of danger or problems near the ocean, gas, oil wells, and take care that there is nothing contaminating your food or drinks. Poisoning can occur for the unwary. Friendships formed today need to pass the test of time before people are considered trustworthy. Someone in power may be on an ego trip and try to call someone's bluff on a major issue. Do not trust strangers or any new kids on the block, so to speak.

Tuesday 20 November. Venus square Mars. This is a contentious aspect between Venus, the planet of love and harmony, and Mars, the God of War. This can be highly problematic when it comes to relationships. Men and women will generally speaking not see eye to eye, or they both have a totally different agenda. This is not a good day to have a first date, get engaged or married. There is too much potential discord and people only seeing the physical or exterior of each other rather than the true personality. Physical attraction will be the name of the game so if you are the sensitive, emotional and romantic kind, do not get involved with a new partner around this time as this is definitely not the roses and candlelight aspect. This is more than likely going to bring about hot and steamy encounters that often are not long lasting, though they can be if each person is highly evolved and mature. Advertising aimed at seductive techniques though could be highly rewarding and capture the necessary sexual fantasies of those who are vulnerable to such luring promises.

Sunday 25 November: Mercury square Neptune. This is one of those potentially deceitful days when people can easily colour over their mistakes and present a picture that is marred inside and out, if you would only lift the veil of elusion to view the ugly and distorted truth. It is wise not to sign any important documents on a day like this as there will be more loopholes than found in a fish-net. Those who generally tend to give people the benefit of the doubt will prove to be the most vulnerable. Do not believe all you read or hear today as there will be lies and deception running rampant.
